The fight for workplace justice is the legacy of the United Auto Workers. And it's a heritage UAW-Chrysler workers proudly defend to this day. Through contract negotiations and NTC programs, the UAW has joined forces with Chrysler to ensure that all workers have equal access to the opportunities and benefits of their employment.

The UAW and Chrysler provide this program to ensure all workers have equal access to the opportunities and benefits of their employment.

Global Youth Solidarity Program
The Global Youth Solidarity Project gives young members of the UAW, the Canadian Auto Workers union and Germany’s Workers Council a unique opportunity to learn about the world, each other and themselves.

Joint Activities Board
The UAW-Chrysler National Training Center is governed by a Joint Activities Board composed of three union and three management representatives.

Local Employee Participation Councils
The LEPC is the umbrella for all UAW-Chrysler joint activities. Each facility has an LEPC led by the UAW local president and the plant or location manager.
Modern Operating Agreement (MOA)
Six Chrysler plants operate under this non-traditional organizational structure.
