Family Resource and Referral Program

It just may be the UAW-DaimlerChrysler Family Resource and Referral Program that's making their lives easier. The program provides materials and referrals to community agencies for a wide range of family and personal needs. Best of all, the program is free to UAW-DaimlerChrysler workers and family members.

Call 800.809.4996 or 800.628.5439 for the hearing impaired.

Consultants are there to help you explore your options and provide referrals and resource materials.

Online, you may go to www.worklifeexpress.com and log onto the site with the user name uawdc and the password union.

You will be asked for your name and DCID number to verify employment.

1. Contact a Care Consultant (see above). They are available to assist you with a variety of resource and referral services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

2. Receive a customized package of consumer information, provider profiles and any developmentally appropriate educational materials that match your request.

3. Review your options using the guidelines and information that you get from your Care Consultant. Make a choice or call for more options.

4. We will call you to follow up and make sure that your need has been met.
