Accreditation and Certification

The National Training Center wants to make sure that workers get all the credit they deserve. That's why we've had the American Council on Education (ACE) evaluate our courses for possible college credit recommendations.

Currently, nearly 100 classes taught at the NTC's Technology Training Center have received college credit recommendations by ACE. That means workers can apply those courses toward a degree at over 1,200 colleges and universities in the U.S. (Courses are subject to each institution's credit transfer policy, and the amount of credit granted can vary.)

Earn a degree on line

To further expand opportunities for workers to earn college degrees, the NTC is developing LearnNTC.com, an Internet-based educational program. The new initiative will enable workers and family members to take courses on line from a wide range of accredited institutions using their Tuition Assistance Program or other funds.
