1. How do I obtain a CDI number for a prospective customer?
CDI numbers can only be obtained by eligible employees and retirees. The CDI
numbers are obtained by going to the Chrysler Employee Advantage Web site

right on this page).
Once at the site, select your correct status – Chrysler
employee, Chrysler retiree or Cerberus Capital Management employee – then
input your Chrysler ID number, date of birth and corporate service date. After
logging in, you will see a “Certain Designated Individual (CDI)” tag
line on the left side of the page. Click the CDI tag line to reach the
page to enter your customer information and receive your CDI number.
